Wenger’s lack of spending to blame for Arsenal demise, not bad luck (AP)

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger blamed two months of bad luck for his team’s failures in the Champions League and Premier League. Two wins in 13 games sounds like a whole lot of bad luck. Maybe if the talented but blinkered Wenger takes a closer at his tired, depleted squad, he may see the real reasons the Gunners won’t win anything for the third season in a row.
