Dirk Kuyt scored his second penalty kick in injury time to give Liverpool a 2-1 win over nine-man Everton on Saturday, and Arsenal and Chelsea also won in the Premier League. Kuyt’s spot kicks came after Everton players were sent off — defender Tony Hibbert for a foul on Steven Gerrard in the 54th minute, and Phil Neville for hand ball on the goal line to block a shot from substitute Lucas Leiva…
